Your dedicated AI strategist with one day per month of flexible time, yours to use however works best for you. That could be one-to-one strategy sessions, two-hour deep dives, team training, hands-on practical workshops, skills delivery, or any combination of the above. Plus a bespoke monthly AI intelligence briefing keeping you informed on the developments that actually matter to you. Minimum three months, can start at any point in the month.

Everything included in the 1 day retainer with double the time. I've spent years working at the intersection of technology, skills and business strategy. I founded and sold RAW Digital Training, led public affairs at one of the UK's leading apprenticeship providers, and spent nine years in central government policy. I know what it takes to help organisations navigate change, and I know that the people side of it is always the hardest part.

When AI started accelerating, I threw myself into understanding it properly. Not just the tools, but the strategy, the skills, the human impact and the very real risk of businesses and people being left behind.
